[Abstract]

Robotic surgery system gradually applied in gynecological operation with the swift development of robotic surgery. Hysterectomy,myomectomy,pelvic reconstructive surgery and tubal reanastomosis for benign gynecological disease were performed with robotic surgery system. Gynecological malignancies such as cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,and ovarian cancer were underwent radical hysterectomy,and pelvic lymphadenectomy or staging procedure with robotic approach. The robot in gynecology displays a prospective application. Minimally invasive surgery in gynecology enters undergoes a new stage of development.
